COMPLETING THE RESIDENT APPLICATION PROCESS

You understand and agree that the Oregon Concealed Certificate of Completion is not a license or permit to carry a concealed weapon. You understand Oregon residents must apply to their local County Sheriff’s office and pay any applicable fee charged and satisfy all requirements to be issued an Oregon concealed handgun license. We recommend calling ahead to your County Sheriff’s office to confirm their fees and to set an appointment if necessary.

NON-RESIDENTS

The Oregon Non-resident Permit is available to U.S. citizens in states that border Oregon and allows you to carry concealed. Please contact a county Sheriff’s Office for more information on the application process.

RECIPROCITY WITH OTHER STATES

When traveling to other states, you must follow each individual state’s laws regarding concealed carry. We recommend finding the website of the issuing authority of each state’s concealed weapons permit or license to learn more about their concealed carry laws. If you need help locating a state website, please your local Sheriff’s Office.

COMPLETING THE COURSE

By taking the test for your Oregon Concealed Certificate of Completion and submission of your passing score you are certifying you personally watched all sections of the training video and you personally completed the test for the Oregon Concealed Certificate of Completion of the Firearms Safety Course. You certify that the name on the certificate is the same person who took the training and passed the test.

WITHOUT THE AID OF ANOTHER, THE SCORE YOU EARNED IS YOUR TRUE SCORE. BY CLICKING, “I AGREE,” YOU ARE FURTHER CERTIFYING YOU DID WATCH AND LISTEN TO THE SAFETY AND FAMILIARIZATION VIDEO IN ITS ENTIRETY.

ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING

Your use of our website includes the ability to enter into agreements and/or make transactions electronically. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS CONSTITUTE YOUR AGREEMENT AND INTENT TO BE BOUND BY AND TO PAY FOR SUCH AGREEMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS. YOUR AGREEMENT AND INTENT TO BE BOUND BY ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS APPLIES TO ALL RECORDS RELATING TO ALL TRANSACTIONS YOU ENTER INTO ON THIS SITE. You understand and agree that your electronic signature is legally binding.

 

PAYMENTS

You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through CHLOREGON.com or any Broken Tree Group, LLC company or subsidiary, and that we may charge your payment method for any products purchased. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TIMELY PAYMENT OF FEES AND FOR PROVIDING CHLOREGON.COM A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. All sales of products and/or services are final.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Our certificate is delivered to the email address you provide during checkout. Failure to type in the correct email address does not constitute grounds for a refund. No attempt to request further copies via email does not constitute grounds for a refund. There is no way for us to know you didn’t receive your certificate if you do not contact us and let us know.

OUR GUARANTEE

We guarantee your Certificate of Completion of the Firearms Safety Course will be accepted by the regulatory authority to which your application was submitted for your Concealed Handgun License in Oregon. In the event your application is denied due to the nature of our training, we will contact the issuing authority directly on your behalf. If we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be credited to the account used to purchase your Certificate of Completion. We will refund the amount paid to purchase your Certificate of Completion only. We will not refund any application fees paid to the regulatory authority to which your application for Concealed Handgun License was submitted or any other expenses incurred during the application process. You agree that you have read and understand the conditions of our guarantee by clicking, “I agree.”

REFUND POLICY

A full refund of the cost of your Certificate of Completion will be issued to the account used to purchase your Certificate of Completion if an application is denied due to the nature of our training only. You must contact customer service within no more than 90 calendar days from the date of purchase. Refunds shall be requested by contacting us through email or the contact form on the website and the customer MUST fill out the refund request form, which will be emailed to them after the refund is requested by the customer. All refunds render the certificate invalid. Any attempt to process an invalid certificate will constitute fraud and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law possible.

DENIED APPLICATIONS

You agree that completing all requirements to obtain an Oregon Concealed Handgun License is your sole responsibility, and CHLOREGON.com or Broken Tree Group, LLC will not be held liable for failures to meet all requirements that result in a denied application.

PRIVACY POLICY

CHLOREGON.COM, Broken Tree Group, LLC and its subsidiaries is a private, veteran-owned business and we will never sell or share our customers’ data with third-party affiliates.

CHLOREGON.COM and Broken Tree Group, LLC and its subsidiaries will make it publicly known if any request or court order is made by any government agency by an update to this policy. Our customers’ privacy is one of our highest priorities.

WAIVER AND INDEMNITY

BY USING THE CHLOREGON.COM, BROKEN TREE GROUP, LLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES SERVICE, YOU AGREE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD CHLOREGON.COM, BROKEN TREE GROUP, LLC, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS HARMLESS WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF YOUR BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR USE OF THE CHLOREGON.COM, BROKEN TREE GROUP, LLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES SERVICE, OR ANY ACTION TAKEN BY CHLOREGON.COM, BROKEN TREE GROUP, LLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES AS PART OF ITS INVESTIGATION OF A SUSPECTED VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR AS A RESULT OF ITS FINDING OR DECISION THAT A VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT HAS OCCURRED. THIS MEANS THAT YOU CANNOT SUE OR RECOVER ANY DAMAGES FROM CHLOREGON.COM, BROKEN TREE GROUP, LLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS AS A RESULT OF ITS DECISION TO REMOVE OR REFUSE TO PROCESS ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT, TO WARN YOU, TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS TO THE CHLOREGON.COM, BROKEN TREE GROUP, LLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES SERVICE, OR TO TAKE ANY OTHER ACTION DURING THE INVESTIGATION OF A SUSPECTED VIOLATION OR AS RESULT OF CHLOREGON.COM, BROKEN TREE GROUP, LLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES CONCLUSION THAT A VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT HAS OCCURRED. THIS WAIVER AND INDEMNITY PROVISIONS APPLIES TO ALL VIOLATIONS DESCRIBED IN OR CONTEMPLATED BY THIS AGREEMENT.
